Scope Of Work & Proposal
Our project manager will arrive to your appointment to explain every aspect of your project and give you a detailed estimate of the cost required to complete all renovation.
Contract Signing
If you decide to proceed with your project, a contract will be signed along with a deposit of 20% of the total amount of the project's value. Payments will be made throughout your project with the last payment accepted at the completion of your renovation.
